“His invitation creates a powerful impact in today’s world.”
It’s a challenging time to be a man. The rules and scripts that worked for our fathers and grandfathers are no longer working for the modern man. To make matters more difficult, it is a time in history where people are the most isolated. To break through these challenges, Zat creates a deliberate, potent space for men to learn to be vulnerable, authentic, and on purpose in today’s changing world. His invitation for men to recover the parts of them that are lost creates a powerful impact in today’s world. It’s actually the best time to be a man and Zat’s masterful guidance is leading the way.

It was unbelievable. This program is incredibly well created and delivered. It was unbelievable. Thank you so much.
The way that this work was delivered has been life-altering for me. I was at a stage in my life where I was actively looking, seeking for that thing that would help propel me into the phase of my journey that I was ready to step into. This content has entered into my being in a way that has shifted me. The most powerful connection I made to this work had to do with embodiment – getting out of my head, not so focused on the logical aspect of things – has helped me to feel the connection to the work that I’m claiming on this planet. This training helped me understand how my most powerful contribution comes from my ability to feel and connect with others. This training has blessed me, and I seek to bless all those I am in service to as a coach.
I came into this training as a shadow of my former self, not really knowing who I was and what I had to offer. I was depressed and borderline suicidal when I came in and was welcomed and met with incredible compassion, intuition, and empathy. Zat helped me discover myself in ways that I never even knew possible. Zat is an incredible, incredible gifted teacher. He brings sharp intuition and just the best masculine compassion that I’ve ever experienced. It’s like he knows how to hold you and also push you at the same time. I don’t have to go anywhere else to go forth into the world and help people, which is what I always wanted to do. And I’ve also forged some amazing bonds with incredible men in this program. We are all keeping in touch, and we’re all propelling each other forward. You owe it to yourself to check it out. It will change your life.
I came into Men’s Coach Training with three intentions. The first one being to grow as a man. I felt like that mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I was feeling a little stuck, and I wasn’t quite sure how to go to that next level. The second was to improve my coaching. I’ve been a coach for eight years, and I felt like I was in a place of complacency, and it could do with some freshness. And the last was community – being part of a powerful group of men on the path doing this work. I feel so much lighter now, like a completely different man. I feel like I’m the best version of myself that I’ve ever been mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I feel such a deeper connection to myself, to those that I love in my life, and to my coaching. This training was a beautiful journey, one I am so grateful for. I’ve formed bonds with coaches I will consider brothers for the rest of my days.
This training was one of the most profound journeys and experiences of my life. The past six months have been so rich and full of discoveries for me. Some of the biggest challenges in my life have been stepping into my truth, stepping into leadership, believing in myself, and overcoming self-doubt. And this whole training has been immense in helping me go down that well to find what is in there to excavate, to wrap my arms around it, to bring it in, to integrate it, and to no longer let it control me. I’m feeling an immense level of gratitude for the program for Zat. As a teacher, he is masterful. would suggest any man in my life go work with him because where his wisdom comes from is a deep well of experience and a life that has been committed to his own growth and sharing it with the world.
I just finished my six-month Men’s Coach Training – and what a transformative journey this has been! Before I joined, I was looking at a host of other coaching programs out there, and I kept coming back to Men’s Wisdom Work. Something inside me just deeply resonated, and I’m SO glad I trusted my intuition on this. The content is saturated with wisdom. You have Zat masterfully leading these courses and teaching powerful tools. You have a brotherhood that challenges you and also supports you deeply in compassion. You have a space where you’re supported in showing up your authentic self.
My experience with the Men’s Wisdom Work Men’s Coach Training has been incredible. I came to the training as a licensed acupuncturist and yoga instructor, and personal trainer. I was looking to develop tools to help my clients and my patients really be co-creators in their lives as they work to optimize their health and wellness. This training has completely transformed the way that I see myself and my masculinity, how I see other men, and how I’m able to serve other men. It’s given me insight into some universal principles that I think can be applied in all aspects of my life. The connections that I made with the brothers in the group have been incredible and I believe will be lifelong. We’ve all seen each other expand and grow in incredible ways. I’m sad that it’s over. I will miss it, but I couldn’t recommend it more highly. So if you’re looking to serve powerfully to get remarkable information tools, ideas that can be applied, this is a great place to start.
This course was a godsend. I think about how this program came to me and where I was in my life, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. This course was a godsend, and I truly mean that.
It absolutely lit up my life with a high flame! I feel massively grateful to Zat and Allan for creating this, and for all the men in the program stepping up and doing the work they’re doing. It’s so good to be in this container and it’s absolutely lit up my life with a high flame!
I have carried out a lot of coach trainings for more than a decade, and I can say that the Men’s Wisdom Work Coach Training is one of the most powerful trainings I have ever attended. I am wholeheartedly recommending it to any seeking serious transformational training.
The training is a bold mix of rich, deep, experiential learning. It’s a deep dive into men’s issues and how to consciously work with them to achieve sincere change. It provided me with invaluable personal insights and challenges that have sharpened my understanding, deepened my connection to myself, and elucidated my reason to continue doing men’s work. The training was delivered with careful planning and high integrity.
This program has given me the courage to make my transition into coaching. This program was exactly what I was looking for. I picked up right away that it was going to be life-changing. You delivered so much value to my life, my spiritual path, and my business endeavor. Men’s Wisdom Work has really given me the courage, the insight, and the presence to make my transition into coaching.”
If you’re a guy who wants to push your boundaries, learn how to get in touch with your deep inner feelings, and be able to share them in a positive way with the rest of the world, this Men’s Coach Training program is for you. This is a wonderful community of men that Zat has pulled together. Spending six months doing deep work with this amazing band of brothers gave me skills I can use in all areas of my life. I have to say, before I entered this container, I did not realize the deep connection that I would have with other men and how powerful it would be to share these experiences together. I’m so glad I did it. I know it’s going to make my life and what I bring to the world better going forward.
Zat Baraka has a gift to share with the world. I’ve seen Zat take men from some of the deepest darkest parts of themselves and lead them out into the light, with strength and compassion. His methods are dynamic and his work is unique. Zat Baraka has a gift to share with the world and is someone who has truly walked the path of growth and transformation himself. He doesn’t just talk the talk. His blend of deep spirituality and earthy realness makes him very relatable, and an excellent mentor, facilitator & coach.

Our highest aim is to help men awaken into more fully loving, compassionate, purposeful and enlivened men. It is important to understand that this work does not seek to imprison any man in any box or convention. We believe there is no prescription or narrative for how a man “should be”. We contend that there are however effective ways each man can practice being and becoming more of who he really is.
This work draws influences from many traditions of the east and west, including Tibetan Buddhism, Western Men’s Work, Spiritual Psychology, and Jungian Shadow Work and Archetype Work. Blending the eastern components of mindfulness, compassion and dedicated practice with traditional western men’s work and modern science, we seek to move men out of the old paradigms, through the new-age sensitive guy, and into more fully integrated and empowered men.
After completing the Men’s Coach Training, you will receive a Program Completion Certificate. To become a certified Men’s Coach, you must however complete all of the certification requirements. (See next FAQ).
To become certified as a Men’s Coach you must complete:
This is an evolving program. Requirements may change over time as we strive to excel and improve it. This program is not yet certified with any international coaching association as that level of certification is a very rigorous process, but it is something we are working towards for the future.
As a certified Men’s Coach, you will carry a credential from a respected men’s organization, be hosted on our website as a qualified coach, be a part of a growing community of men, and receive discounts to other trainings, programs, retreats and immersions.
Each week, we have a 90-minute weekly teaching call, homework and on some weeks, Dojo Day practice sessions. On average, plan on spending 3+ hours per week on this program.
We know life gets busy, so we’ve woven spaciousness right into the program with “implementation weeks”. Our rhythm is: 3 weeks of content, 1 week off. That way, if you’ve missed a call or gotten a little behind, you have the time to catch up and integrate the material.
Yes, each group class will be recorded for those who can’t make it so that they can watch it in their own time. Please note, there will be some calls that are pre-recorded. If you miss up to 3 live calls, you will be asked to send in a write-up to be reviewed after watching the recording. If you miss more than 3 live calls, you must attend a live make-up class.
