I came into Men’s Coach Training with three intentions. The first one being to grow as a man. I felt like that mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I was feeling a little stuck, and I wasn’t quite sure how to go to that next level.
The second was to improve my coaching. I’ve been a coach for eight years, and I felt like I was in a place of complacency, and it could do with some freshness.
And the last was community – being part of a powerful group of men on the path doing this work.
I feel so much lighter now, like a completely different man. I feel like I’m the best version of myself that I’ve ever been mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I feel such a deeper connection to myself, to those that I love in my life, and to my coaching.
This training was a beautiful journey, one I am so grateful for. I’ve formed bonds with coaches I will consider brothers for the rest of my days.
