His mission is to challenge men to experience the mature masculine, not as an abstract philosophy, but as an embodied knowledge through living as authentic, empowered, activated, and compassionate men.

He is the founder of Men’s Wisdom Work and co-creator of the highly respected New Masculine Program.

He incorporates his mastery in shadow work, spiritual psychology, and cathartic men’s group work with a critical emphasis on embodiment practices, breathwork, relational yoga, and intimacy.

His extensive training includes over two decades of Tantric Buddhist training in the Nyingma tradition and a master’s in Spiritual Psychology. He also holds multiple certifications in Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and traditional Buddhist meditation practice.

Zat believes that anything of value he has to offer is due to the compassion and wisdom of his teachers which include his core teacher Pema Khandro Rinpoche, as well as David Deida, and Michaela Boehm, to name a few.
