Zat Baraka, Founder & Lead Facilitator
Zat Baraka is a student and teacher of Men’s Deep Inner Work. Zat understands that he can only take his clients and students as deep as he goes himself. He remains active and fiercely dedicated to his own inner work path. He is one of the premier men’s coaches available today.
His mission is to challenge men to experience the mature masculine, not as an abstract philosophy, but as an embodied knowledge through living as authentic, empowered, activated, and compassionate men.
He is the founder of Men’s Wisdom Work and co-creator of the highly respected New Masculine Program.
He incorporates his mastery in shadow work, spiritual psychology, and cathartic men’s group work with a critical emphasis on embodiment practices, breathwork, relational yoga, and intimacy.
His extensive training includes over two decades of Tantric Buddhist training in the Nyingma tradition and a master’s in Spiritual Psychology. He also holds multiple certifications in Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and traditional Buddhist meditation practice.
Zat believes that anything of value he has to offer is due to the compassion and wisdom of his teachers which include his core teacher Pema Khandro Rinpoche, as well as David Deida, and Michaela Boehm, to name a few.
For over twenty-five years he has been dedicated to intensive men’s deep inner work, men’s groups, and the men’s growth movement. He has radically affected thousands of men across the globe with his cutting-edge men’s work.
He lives with his wife and son in Southern California and Hawaii.
